On May 21st, 2025, in a collaboration in Ha Noi, WeLead and HSP Consulting successfully hosted the Masterclass “Leading Breakthroughs Through Coaching” — a transformative event designed to elevate leadership from the inside out. The program featured Coach Miglena Doneva-Doncheff, an internationally recognized coaching expert with over two decades of experience supporting leaders across Europe and Asia.
This special masterclass created a space for reflection and skill-building, inviting participants to go beyond traditional leadership methods and explore coaching as a transformative mindset. Through a blend of theory and engaging practice, the event guided leaders through a four-fold journey:
