On July 27th and 28th, 2024, at Hoa Binh I Hotel, Long Xuyen City, An Giang, the Network of trailblazing Women Leaders WELEAD (WeLead), in collaboration with TAF, organized the training program "Leveraging Digital Solutions for Business Navigation." This event attracted the participation of nearly 70 female entrepreneurs from An Giang, Dong Thap, Ben Tre, and Binh Duong provinces.
The event commenced with a visit to Lam Chan Au Tea & Coffee Co., Ltd., where delegates had the opportunity to learn about the production and business processes of tea and coffee, which have a heritage of over 40 years. This was an exciting and impressive start, motivating the delegates and preparing them for the subsequent activities.
In the afternoon, the training program officially began with an opening speech by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, representing TAF. She highlighted the importance of applying digital solutions and establishing and managing goals for sustainable business development.
Mr. Nguyen Tri Thanh, a senior lecturer and expert from WeLead, focused on introducing methods to leverage digital solutions for business navigation and shared strategies to promote sustainable growth through the application of digital technology. He emphasized three pillars: sustainable profits, sustainable environment, and the well-being and happiness of employees, business owners, and enterprises. Mr. Nguyen Tai Tue presented on how to establish (SMART) and manage business goals. He shared practical knowledge and goal management skills for sustainable development.
During the experience-sharing session, delegates watched clips on the success stories of female entrepreneurs. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, founder and president of WeLead, summarized and concluded the session, emphasizing the importance of learning from practical experiences and success stories.
In the evening, the delegates participated in a Gala dinner and business networking session. This was an excellent opportunity for female entrepreneurs from different provinces to meet, exchange experiences, and expand their business networks. The lively atmosphere and strong connections created a meaningful and emotional evening.
