On September 27, 2024, in Da Nang City, the Network of trailblazing Women Leaders WELEAD (WeLead), in collaboration with the Da Nang Women Entrepreneurs Association and the Thua Thien Hue Women Entrepreneurs Association, organized the training program “Leveraging Digital Solutions for Sustainable Business Management” with support from The Asia Foundation.
In the morning, WeLead, together with female entrepreneurs from Da Nang and Thua Thien Hue, visited Sky Line Hill to learn from a hybrid training model that blends traditional knowledge with global best practices, aimed at inclusive and sustainable development through digital transformation and green initiatives.
In the afternoon, nearly 60 female entrepreneurs participated in a training session addressing key business concerns, including setting governance objectives, recruitment, and strategies for developing and retaining a flexible, multi-skilled workforce. This training, organized by WeLead, was held at Paris Deli Hotel, 236 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang.
The Gala Dinner – a Business Networking and Mini Fair event – was a distinctive, warm celebration organized on the occasion of WeLead's 2nd anniversary. Female entrepreneurs from Da Nang and Thua Thien Hue presented beautiful floral bouquets, along with heartfelt wishes, songs, and dances that reflected the warmth and camaraderie shared among them.
The event featured product and business connections among female entrepreneurs from Da Nang, Hue, and Hanoi. WeLead’s support played a vital role in strengthening partnerships and expanding networks for the participating female entrepreneurs, helping them to grow and develop sustainably together.
