On the evening of September 23, 2025, in Hanoi, the Pioneering Women Leaders Network – WeLead hosted the Pioneering Business Networking Gala Dinner & 3rd Anniversary Celebration under the theme: “Connect – Pioneer – Take Off.”
Following the success of the Pioneering Business Forum 2025, the Gala served as a special occasion for the community of pioneering women leaders and enterprises to reflect on WeLead’s three-year journey of dedication, creativity, and impact. In a warm and elegant atmosphere, the evening was marked by many memorable highlights:
- The presentation of the “Mission Tree” to the WeLead community, affirming its six core values: Gratitude – Commitment – Transparency – Professionalism – Innovation – Sharing.
- A tribute to partners with “Partnership Trophies,” symbolizing strong and enduring collaboration in building the pioneering women’s business network.
- The 3rd anniversary celebration, complete with candle-lighting, cake-cutting, and toasts, joined by nearly 150 delegates and guests from Vietnam and abroad.
- Cultural performances, an ao dai fashion showcase, and a lucky draw game that created a joyful, connected, and pioneering spirit throughout the evening.
Though three years is not a long time, it has been enough for WeLead to establish ourselves as a trusted and influential network, where pioneering women leaders not only connect and inspire but also contribute to elevating Vietnam’s business community in the era of global integration.
