The Chairwoman of WeLead, attended the Capital Economic Forum – CEF-III in Hanoi, October 8, 2026

On the afternoon of October 8, 2026, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Chairwoman of WeLead, attended the Capital Economic Forum – CEF-III in Hanoi in her capacity as one of the nine members of the Forum’s Senior Advisory Council. The Forum was led by the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and co-organized by 18 associations and business support organizations operating in Hanoi.

CEF-III attracted more than 300 delegates, including Hanoi’s senior officials, 15 ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions based in Hanoi. Of particular note was a delegation of 21 Sri Lankan businesspeople, comprising owners of major enterprises operating in sectors including mining, electronics, equipment and machinery manufacturing, tourism, and agriculture.

Research reports examining high-quality human resources from various perspectives were presented by experts and representatives of business associations. Together, these reports provided a comprehensive overview of the current situation, identified key bottlenecks, and proposed programs and practical solutions ready for implementation where conditions permit, as well as pilot initiatives through regulatory sandboxes and open mechanisms designed to encourage and attract talent.

It is hoped that the Forum will create new opportunities for businesses to voice their challenges, express their aspirations, and put forward recommendations to the relevant city authorities. The ultimate goal is to transform the Capital’s advantages into competitive advantages for businesses, turn opportunities into resources, and convert those resources into stronger competitiveness, thereby enhancing business productivity and value.
