Madam Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Chairwoman of WeLead Vietnam, participated in the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN) Workshop on Leadership and Governance, held in Vientiane, Lao PDR on January 27–28, 2026, alongside leaders of women entrepreneur networks from across ASEAN. The workshop was organized by AWEN in collaboration with the International Trade Centre (ITC) under the SheTrades Programme, focusing on key priorities including strengthening governance foundations, enhancing leadership capacity within the regional network, refining AWEN’s legal framework, and developing the 2026–2027 Action Plan with concrete commitments from each member country.
Madam Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh’s participation, in her capacity as a founding member of AWEN, contributed valuable insights to the discussions. Her engagement further reaffirmed the proactive role of WeLead Vietnam within the ASEAN women entrepreneurs ecosystem, while also expanding international cooperation, sharing organizational development experience, and amplifying Vietnam’s voice in shaping AWEN’s strategic direction for the coming period.
WeLead believes that through regional platforms such as AWEN, the Vietnamese women entrepreneurs community will continue to gain greater access to resources, knowledge, and partnership opportunities—advancing toward sustainable development and deeper regional and global integration.
