On June 12, 2025, at the Center for Women's Development in Hanoi, the Network of trailblazing Women Leaders WELEAD (WeLead), in collaboration with CWD, successfully organized a thematic training course titled “Women Entrepreneurs: Mastering Technology and Ensuring Safe Digital Business Practices.”
This course is part of an ongoing series, following 11 training programs organized by WeLead in 2024, designed to meet the practical needs of participants seeking to strengthen their ability to handle personal and business risks in the digital environment.
Under the guidance of Mr. Ngo Viet Khoi – an expert in cybersecurity and digital safety awareness, and Consulting Director at QNET Academy – the course equipped female business leaders, particularly those from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), women-owned businesses, and female startup founders, with critical knowledge and skills to manage risks such as identity impersonation, data breaches, and online fraud on digital business platforms, helping them operate safely and confidently in the digital space.
The program was delivered in an engaging and practical format, incorporating real-world case studies, scenario-based exercises, and group discussions, allowing participants to “learn – practice – reflect” in a hands-on learning environment.
Beyond enhancing digital competencies, the course also contributed to strengthening mutual support within the WeLead community, aiming to cultivate a resilient and safety-conscious generation of female business leaders in the digital age.
