On June 19, 2024, WeLead, in collaboration with TAF, organized a training course titled "Develop Your Business in the Digital Age", featuring lectures by senior experts from WeLead: Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tung and Ms. Doan Van Anh. Nearly 70 delegates attended the event, where they were provided with knowledge on leveraging digital tools for transparent financial management; recruiting, developing, and retaining a flexible and diverse workforce.
The female entrepreneurs highly appreciated the training content and the method of delivering the knowledge in a simple, practical, and comprehensible manner.
On this occasion, female entrepreneurs from Lao Cai and Yen Bai organized a field visit to the specialty production facility of Tay Bac Leo Thi Thuy owned by Ms. Leo Thi Thuy - a Thai ethnic woman, located in Village 3, Ban Vuoc Commune, Bat Xat District, Lao Cai. They also visited Viet - Trung Import and Export Service Limited Liability Trading company, the Bat Xat market project, and the 9999 Coc San Ecotourism Area in Lao Cai to witness the successful business models of female business owners.
