On the afternoon of May 8, 2025, the Network of trailblazing Women Leaders WELEAD (WeLead), in collaboration with HSP and GITIHO, successfully organized a leadership coaching workshop designed for the era of transformation. The session brought together over 30 business leaders from Hanoi.
Guided by experienced speakers through an interactive coaching methodology, the program provided female CEOs with valuable insights into navigating change and transforming leadership styles. The training emphasized shifting from directive and supervisory approaches to ones that inspire, motivate, and cultivate a creative working environment. By leveraging deep, powerful questioning techniques, participants learned how to empower employees to discover solutions rooted in their own context and capabilities.
Though the session has concluded, the knowledge shared and the practical methods delivered were highly valued by participants, who praised the program for its strong real-world applicability.
