WeLead organized the seminar “The Importance of Mental Health in Sustainable Business: Balancing Work and Life.” in Ho Chi Minh City, December 16, 2014

On December 16, 2014, at the VCCI Branch Hall in Ho Chi Minh City, WeLead, in collaboration with VCCI Ho Chi Minh City and with the support of Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG), organized a seminar titled “The Importance of Mental Health in Sustainable Business: Balancing Work and Life.” The event was attended by nearly 70 female entrepreneurs from Ho Chi Minh City.

The seminar featured updated insights and knowledge drawn from real-life psychological counseling and therapy practices shared by Dr. Tran Duy Tam, Specialist Level II from Ho Chi Minh City Psychiatric Hospital, and psychologist Dr. Ly Thi Mai. Their expertise captivated the attendees, encouraging them to openly discuss and share their concerns during the Q&A session.

The logical and skilful moderation explored various dimensions of balance from medical and psychological perspectives and aspects of gender equality. This approach turned the age-old “Balancing Work and Family” topic into a fresh, engaging, and compelling discussion for participants.

While the theme remains familiar, delving deeply into theories supported by practical examples helped attendees better understand, retain, and appreciate the importance of mental health. The seminar emphasized incorporating proactive solutions for mental health care into daily life and business operations under the motto “Prevention is better than cure.”

The program will continue into 2025 with seminars, training sessions, and in-depth consultations on appealing topics tailored to the needs of female entrepreneurs. For further details, please get in touch with the WeLead Office:
